Support includes grants, capacity building and facilitation of the exchange of know-how .
Grants are conferred chiefly in two forms:
- Projects, to improve certain schools by upgrading staff, implementing new methods, and investing in educational tools.
- Scholarships, to support underprivileged, talented and motivated students on certain levels (SMA, D3 to S2), certain disciplines ( health, agriculture, science & technology, management, financial management, economics, accountancy, communication/ICT and English) and certain areas ( preferably western, northern and eastern Indonesia).
Workshops are organized to develop the skills needed to propose, initiate, and manage projects properly and to facilitate the entrance on the job market.
